1. Login To Back Office; Dashboard


2. Select Promotion under Promotion Tab


3. Click Add Promotion


4. New Option Settings For Add Promotion

    Type: Select Type Of Promotion To Add

        A. Discount Promotion

        B. Set Promotion

        C. Cash Discount With Min. Spending

        D. Exchange Promotion

        E. Bundle Promotion

        F. Discount On 2nd Item

    Promo Name: Name For Easy Referencing

    Use Within: Location Where Promotion Will Be Applied, And If Members Only, Or Anyone Can use

    Start Date: / End Date: Start And End Date Of Promotion Period


C. Cash Discount With Min.Spending

  Amount Spend: Minimum Spending For Promotion To Take Effect

  Cash Rebate: How Much Rebate Upon Reaching Minimum Amount Spend

  Example, Minimum spending of $100 will give $5 off

  Customer spending 115$ will allow a fixed rebate of $5 off, total bill [$115-$5=$110] 

  Select Promotional Item:

      All Items: Applies To All Item

      Label: Applies To All Items With The Same Labels

      Category: Applies To All Items Under The Same Category

      Product: Applies To Specific, Chosen Item

  Select Non-Promotional Item: Which Label, Category or Product the Above Filters Does Not Apply To

  Example, 

  Select Promotional Item applies to the whole meat category; label includes Beef, Pork, Chicken, Duck, 

  Select Non-Promotional Items exclude items with the label Duck

  Therefore, the promotional item will only be applied to the Meat Category; Beef, Pork and Chicken, excluding duck label.


5.Adding New Discount With Minimum Spending


Transactions Exceeding Minimum Spending Of $115 Will Give $5 Off
