There are a few possibilities as to why your printer may suddenly stop working as intended:
- Printer is not printing
- The thermal receipt paper roll has run out.
- The printer cover is not fully or properly closed, check for error messages.
- Device is on airplane mode, causing the printer to be disconnected.
- Printer is printing, but the receipt is blank
- Thermal paper may be inserted on the wrong side.
- Paper roll used is not thermal paper.
- I am unable to open my printer cover
- Check that the printer knife is not revealed causing a blockage, this is usually caused by prematurely pulling out the receipt before the machine cuts it.
