Adding labels to your products in efficient way to categorise your products from the back office. Some functions such as Product Mix Report, Mass Update or Stock Inquiry makes use of label to help you easily filter your product.


Follow the steps below to add new label:


  1. After you have logged in to your back office, click on "Product" category
  2. Next, click on the "Product Information" sub-category
  3. Under the sub-category, click on "Label"
  4. First enter you desired name in the box, then click on "New" and label will be created
  5. To edit existing label, mouse over the particular label and click on the blue pencil icon
  6. To delete existing label, mouse over the particular label and click on the white dustbin icon
  7. To close the window, click on the "X" icon located on the top right corner of the pop-up menu
